Customer Experience and Operations Coordinator

Are you experienced and passionate about customer experience, e-commerce and sustainable fashion? Then apply to AirRobe. As a Customer Experience and Operations Coordinator you will be responsible for assisting our sales and marketing strategy to ensure all customers experience the best service.

Customer Experience and Operations Coordinator duties and responsibilities

  • Online trade performance on the shop.airrobe site
  • Assist with the onboarding of new and nurturing the relationships with current AirRobe partners.
  • Collaborating with Ecommerce Assistants to develop and execute online trading initiatives, ensuring trading actions are followed up amongst the team.
  • Leading end-to-end website production cycle — merchandise upload, web copy, and promotional activity
  • Increasing conversions through updating merchandising to enhance product visibility and a seamless CX.
  • Ecommerce customer experience improvement with regard to order flows, packaging and delivery
  • Work with and manage others in the team
  • Provide constructive feedback
  • Present to Senior Management

Some of the skills the Customer Experience and Operations Manager should have in their toolkit:

  • 3+ years’ industry and / or relevant work experience
  • Experience working with ecommerce with good understanding of ecommerce KPIs
  • Naturally curious and motivated by the ever-changing world of digital and mobile
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
  • Good time-management skills
  • Good copywriting skills
  • Fluent written and spoken English language skills
  • Team player and confident to work autonomously
  • Broad understanding of and passion for the fashion industry
  • Degree in Communications or marketing is a plus
  • Working with fashion brands is a plus
